By using this site you acknowledge that you have read and agree to our Privacy Policy and these Terms & Conditions. You agree to not create blog comments or content that are offensive, derogatory, defamatory, or hateful. We will remove any content we deem unfit.

Purchase Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a free wedding or event consultation through the website, you agree to be contacted to set up the consultation. Weddings and events have separate contracts that will include their own terms and conditions.

By purchasing a subscription product, you agree to be automatically billed for flowers based on the options you select at checkout. You will be billed weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly on a recurring basis using the payment method you selected until you notify us of a change in your subscription. You can change or cancel your subscription by using the “My Account” feature at the top of this page. By providing contact information, you also authorize us to contact you as necessary to fulfill your orders.

The prices listed on our site do not include sales tax. At checkout, we calculate destination-based sales tax, according to Washington State law, on your purchase subtotal. This sales tax is added to your total during the checkout process and itemized so you can see exactly what state and local taxes are being charged.

Flower subscriptions are delivered in vases that belong to Folk Art Flowers. We will always deliver your flowers in a new vase and pick up your old one at delivery. Subscription customers agree to rinse and place their vases outside on delivery days after their first delivery, with a two-week grace period. If you cancel your subscription, we will schedule a time to pick up the empty vase after your last delivery. If a vase is broken or not returned within a two-week grace period, customers will be billed a flat $8 per vase to replace it. Please see our FAQs for other subscription questions.

We promise to do our best to make sure flowers are stored in safe, cool places if we cannot hand them directly to you. However, Folk Art Flowers, LLC assumes no responsibility or liability for flowers after they are delivered. Flowers should always be kept away from pets and small children.
